Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Nomination and application fees for awards are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be credited within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any processing or platform fee is non-refundable.

Additional Policy for Transparency

All payments, including refunds or cancellations, are handled through the registered account of United Consultancy & Services, the official payment processor and legal representative of Star International MSME Forum. For all queries related to financial transactions, reach out to info@starimf.com with your payment reference ID and booking details.
